Do you have a size guide?
Each Item has a size guide with measurements and tolerances. Read the grid chart and compare the measurements to an existing Item of yours for the most accurate result.
How can I return my Product?
Please note that returns are valid up to 14 days after the Delivery of your Item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) back to you free of charge.
Products on sale are not eligablef or returns.

Can I return Products on Sale?
Please note that all discounted products are considered final. This means they are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
How do I care for my Ruobing Products?
We recommend dry cleaning all delicate wool products like Yak, Cashmere, Camel and Silk. If Dry Cleaning is not available, we recommend gently washing your Ruobing Pieces in a basin with cold water and wool specific detergent or shampoo for 10 minutes. Gently wring out any excess water and lay flat to dry.
Xiang Yun Sha Items should be gently rinsed with cold water and mild soap. Hang to dry.
